Binding Contract


This agreement is made on _________,______,201__ between
___________________, client & Oakley Farm Carriage Service.
Client agrees to pay a down payment of  
$250.00   to hold date open for
services from Oakley Farm.

Balance of charge for services to be paid 10 days prior to event unless client &
Oakley Farm have made other arrangements.

In case of the event being canceled, the client understands the deposit will not be
returned as we have held the date open for your event.(except for rain or snow)  If
client does not call to cancel because of rain the day of event before we leave the  
farm, Oakley Farm will not return deposit to client as this is then used for expenses
to travel to event. If Oakley Farm cancels for reasons of sick livestock, bad
weather or other unexpected reasons we will return the deposit.
Client may request certain horses or carriages & we will do everything possible to
make  your request happen , but we reserve the right to use other horses or
carriages if reasons arise.

Normally, when used for weddings we will travel up to 3 miles with bride & groom.
In case of extreme weather the length of travel time will be adjusted to protect the
animal.
Additional travel fee will be added upon determining location of
event.
Carriage rentals are for 1 hour. Any time over  
1 hour, client is charged $75 every half hour.
For example, if you
request us to be  ready for pick up at 5:00 & you do not come until  6:00, there will
be $150 charge added to your price of rental.
We will be on hand for a short while after ceremony for picture taking, so we ask
that you get these taken first.
Balance must be paid 10 days prior to day of event for funds to clear bank.
If balance  is not paid 10 days prior to day of event then cash accepted only.
