1.BREEDER guarantees that the above dog is a purebred and registered with the
American Kennel Club (AKC)
2..BREEDER cannot guarantee adult size, color, hair coat, temperament or train
ability of puppy
3.BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury, or neglect to said puppy
after delivery.
4.BREEDER  warrants that this puppy has been wormed and vaccinated in
accordance to its age, and both parties agree that it appears apparently healthy at
this time.  Buyer realizes that the purchase of a live animal carries with it the risk of  
said puppy contracting various vermin, bacteria, or viruses  that are not in the control
of either seller or buyer.  Beyond the 48 hour health guarantee, the seller offers NO
GUARANTEE ON INFECTIOUS  DISEASE
5. BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours of
delivery.  IF, after examination  by a veterinarian acceptable to both parties, the
puppy is determined to be IN POOR HEALTH , puppy MAY BE  RETURNED to the
seller WITH A WRITTEN REPORT FROM THE VETERINARIAN.  The seller will replace
the puppy with another  puppy as  soon as one is available of the same sex and
value.  NO CASH REFUNDS. REPLACEMENTS ONLY.  At  no time will the seller be
responsible for any vet fees incurred.

6.  BUYER agrees This puppy is sold with a 6 month Guarantee against  
hereditary diseases.  IF, after examination  by a veterinarian acceptable to both
parties, the puppy is determined to have a disease.
Puppy  may  be  returned to the seller,(at the buyers expense) along with all
paperwork and exchange for   another pup of same value. Or keep the dog and all
expenses that are incurred with it.
7. BUYER  agrees that if at any time the Buyer cannot take proper care of the puppy,
the BUYER must contact the breeder . Breeder is  to take this puppy at any time
during its life from buyer, if puppy is no longer wanted by buyer,  BUT the SELLER
WILL AT NO TIME RETURN ANY PART OF PURCHASE PRICE PAID  -- once puppy
leaves sellers property ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
8. If puppy is bought with full AKC papers so to breed said dog, Oakley Farm cannot
guarantee that dog will produce or can produce puppies. This cannot be determined
until dog is of breed able age.
If puppy is bought with full AKC papers, new owner agrees to include
in the name of the dog, Oakley or Oakley's.
If shipping is required within US a fee of $250.00 will be added to puppy & must be
paid in advance of shipping puppy. If paying balance by personal check, check must
be received 10 days prior to delivery for funds to clear bank.
If you have read this Thoroughly and agree a $250.00 non-refundable deposit will be
required to hold the puppy.
Balance must be paid 10 days prior to puppy pick up or ship, if not cash only.
I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A
LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.
